I’m sure you can ask me why I post this title. I post this title because I’m sure all of you work in the organizational one day. You must know the objective organizational are changing. I get this objective when I learn the organizational behavior in one of my subject and I think this title so important for me and you all. This is the objective why the organizational changing.
1) To improve the motivation
2) Improve their production
3) Reduce the conflict
