Communication in the group
The important thing when you in the group is communication because many function when you communicate in your group. One of the function is control tool. Communication can get control the behavior all of your member. Otherwise, the function from communication is motivation. Also, can get the planning goal. Your planning goals is very clear when you and your member communicate with others. Your goals can be achieve very easily and not any problem come out.

Hai julizah. I want to share with you about my communication I communication with my friend every day. I agree with you about the communication is so important at the company. Because the job can easy and finish very quickly when you communicate with each others. Also I want to give you how to improve the communication better. First, I have extracurricular and member club in faculty. In the club I give many suggestion and from that my communication better than when I don’t have a curricular.
