Mass wasting is a movement of rock, soil or both under the influence of gravity. It refers to all gravitational or downslope movement of weathered rock debris.
Mass wasting can divide into 2:
1) Slow movement-it refer to creep, rock glacial and solifluction.
2) Fast movement-it refer to rotation, translation, fall, and subsidense.
Factor that controlling mass wasting is slope, volume, water content, rock type, and local condition.
