Long term stress can be suffer

For person that have healthy problem, feel stress will make worse the situation. Not only caused distress, it also damage self potential either at school or workplace. So don’t cause to come yourself in stress situation.
Method to reduce stress is different between each individual. Try that method perhaps can help:
· Exercise. Continuous exercise is one of the best way to control stresses self. For beginning,
do simple exercises like walking.
· Writing. Write things that worried can helps reduce the feel of not comfortable.
· Express your feeling. Talk, laughter, cry and angrier when needed.
· Do favorite things such as hobby that helps self become relax. Helps people also one of way
to reduce stress.
· Rest the body included in right breathes method and go to massage to ease your feeling.
· Listen to slow music and try to look something from corner that can give rise to feel funny.
· Laughter also is a way that very effective.

I'M VERY AGREE WITH YOU...THE SUGGESTION METHOD FROM YOU VERY INTERESTING..many method can we follow to solve our strees..the stree can find when we have many problem and we cannot handle our emotion...many factors causes the strees..if we were married,may be it come from the wife,sons and others...but as a leader,we must understand and clever to solve our strees and problems..
