Eat egg can increase our healthy

Have person like to eat egg fresh and half cook. Have also like egg to braise or fried. What ever the choice kind of cooking that you like, egg is very nutritious and good for health especially to help give a strongest physical. It consists in protein, fat, vitamin A, B, D and minerals like iron, calcium, sulfur and water.
For person that tired in work, habit to mix up a little of yellow egg inside drink with a little of honey can fresh body that not able and tiredness. Eggs also become a favorite to person that feel drawn the body and rheumatism. Women always used the egg for process of care about beauty. Yellow egg that mix up with night cream or vegetable oil can used as masker to overcome dry skin problem. Don’t look down to white egg. White egg can use for one of way to overcome oily skin problem. Mix up a little of white egg with tomato that grind crushed and sweep into face. It can become tense or strained the skin that look slacken and also reduce activity of oil gland in face skin.
For care about beautiful hair, used yellow egg and mix up with vegetable oil. Sweep into hair and let for temporary before wash with clean water. Your hairs will more fertile, beauty and lightening.
