Sensible Eating.....

I have a several suggestion of the most important way to eat in a healthy manner...
First of all we must take balancing food choices like we take vitamins, proteins and karbohydrat.The types of this food is good to our body.Secondly, we must starting the day with breakfast.Breakfast is very important to all people because it can give energy to our body.The food that suitable to take as breakfast like egg, bread, orange juice and others.Thirdly, we must eating more grains, fruits and vegetables.Our body need this food because it can give more benefit.Lastly, we mustn't eating too much of any one type of food.It is because to eat too much the food is not suitable to our body.So, we must take the good food to avoid our body from disease....(",)

    it's a good diet...but for me, i like to take egg half cooked or only sandwich with teh tarik in the morning as a breakfast...when lunchtime is come,i'm going to eat rice,chicken or fish or meat,and some "ulam raja"...i like ulam raja very much....it's rich with anti-oxidation and varies of vitamin...so, eat it....

  2. Hi Amiratun.. Thats good for your diet, that you proper like a model.. But for me, I take 1 scoop of honey every morning before I take breakfast or lunch.. I don't like drink Teh Tarik or any drink have dark colour, I like drink empty water or fruit juice.. I like eating fruit like bananas
