HI! =) here have a some tips for you all........
- have the right understanding of the nature of things. Think that examination are not the be all and end all in our life. It just one of the many things we have to go through in life.
- examinations, like summer, come and go. Take it with courage as it come along.
- reflect:examination results are not the most important things in life. It just one part in our education. the more important things such as our mental and physical health,good character as well as harmony and happiness in our family.
- success in life is not merely based on examination results.
- failed in examination or not doing well is not something wrong, shameful, criminical or sinful you have honestly studied and tried your best.
- have confidence in yourself. Enter every activity with faithfully that you can.
- have friends who are +ve , encouraging and honestly.
- make sure you follow a balanced and nutritious diet and have sufficient sleep and rest.
- exercise like walking, swimming, jogging regularly for health and physical fitness.
- praying can help you have faith and confidence.
- when you overcome anxiety, fear or panic, you can do a simple relaxation exercise.:
close your eyes, take a deep breath, concerntrate on your breathing....you may count your breaths until ten and then repeat.
