'PECAL' from Perak
Do you know how to cook ‘pecal’? It’s a delicious food in Perak……Do you want to try? It’s a simple food and a simple recipes….’pecal’ is a combination many vegetable with ‘kuah kacang’….First, vegetable like long bean, ‘kangkung’, ‘pucuk ubi’, bean sprouts, and more vegetable cook partially by boiling..After that make a ‘kuah kacang’…how to make ‘kuah kacang?’ It’s easy..First box a garlic and union then put to frying pan, wait until has a good smell…After that put a chili Boh (for more delicious put original box chili) …Then put tamarind water, salt also sugar…Always disorderly the ingredient..Lastly, put a peanut (bland) and taste what you feel..how to eat? You added ‘kuah kacang’ and all vegetable…it’s very delicious…’Pecal’ is suitable to deserve every time and delicious although rice…Try okay…

salam niza,are u fine?.....the article you wrote about "pecal".It's very interested. actually i'm very pround with you because try to introduced interesting item in PERAK...especially about food.i too come from Perak.so, after this we must co-operative to contribute regarding beautiful place, and others about Perak...so i hope you can accept my idea...thankzz....

ReplyDeleteok!sorry i'm late but not forget..yup!!i'm like eating pecal.i come from jitra, kedah but original i'm from tapah,perak.i was born at there, do you know this part?this part nearly bidor.Actually, pecal is one item favourite food my family esspecially my dad.he like eating pecal and my mom always makes pecal.... this pecal is very delicious!!
