if i....

Tips to release tension (to share with you..) :
1. First, relax…
2. Second, don’t think anything about what problem you are..
3. Try to think positive..think everything happen its’ a challenges for you…
4. Think you can do it and settle your problem..
5. Always pray for god give your strong..
6. You can share your problem with paper, pen or drawing..
7. Then you can sleep…hehe.. (if I, I would like to eat much)
It’s my method..that’s all…..just only to share with you…

  1. i think this is the good advise..we should to practice it..but actually tension come from the pressure of our problem ...and we live is meaningless without any problem..it is because the problem make our live more interesting...it teach as how to solve that problem..in the other hand it make as to be more mature..but the important one is the problem is actually the test from God to as..

  2. wow...thank you for your advices. It's very useful for me because now i'm having a tension. So many work and assigment i must finished before week 14. I don't know that i can finish it or not. But, i must to proud that i can do it. It's for my final exam. ok.. how about you all?
