eat lot vegetables and fruits...

Everyone want a good life and always in healthy..so,we must take vegetables in our routine menu..such as spinach,mustard,long bean,carrot and so on to makesure our body have vitamins and carbohydrate to make our body strong and energetic.Further more,eat vegetables can make our mind intelligent..so,its very suitable for the students.Besides that,we must take and eat fruits..such as banana,papaya,apple,orange and so on so that we always in healthy and give energy to our body and mind.Doctors always encourage we all take more vegetables and fruits in our menu daily.If you all want to look beautiful and have good skin,you all must take lots vegetable and fruit.Lastly,I hope we all take care of nutrition so that we can avoid from illness.

That’s true…I’m agree with you..this topic is so important especially for student…we must always take fruits and vegetable everyday…another that we also must take water more eight glasses in one day for body..not only that, we also must always exercise and with exercise can give oxygen to brain and then we not sleep in the class…hehehe..

  2. Yes I very agree with you Zura. Eat a lots vegetable and fruits can make our body healthy and can get more benefit from that. I always read in newspaper and magazine about benefit eat green vegetable such as spinach and mustard. When we usually eat green vegetable like this, its can help increase our blood in our body and good for our mind. After that, eat a lots fruits also very suitable for digestion system. I’m also likes eat vegetable and fruit for my routine food.

  3. what you had said is true..take a lot vegetable and fruits in our food is good four healthy..that is the fact...but the important one how to make our body always in good condition is to control our eat habit..we eat when we hungry and stop before full..because our stomach is the sources of disease when it always full with food.that why islam encourage the muslim people ti fasting..
